Power Washing for Concrete, Pavers and Masonry

Dirt, mildew, tire marks and winter grime build up on concrete and masonry surfaces, and they make even a solid driveway or patio look tired. Masoncrete Builders offers power washing for homes and businesses across Suffolk County, and we bring our own dedicated power washing truck to the job, so we arrive set up and ready to work.

Because we build concrete, brick and block work every day, we know how these surfaces are made and how to clean them without treating every surface the same way.

Pre-sealing prep

Sealer only works on a clean surface. Before concrete or pavers are sealed, the surface needs to be washed and allowed to dry so the sealer can bond. We power wash as the prep step before sealing, and we can tell you whether your surface is a good candidate for sealing. Read more about protecting concrete from salt and freeze-thaw.

Our own power washing truck

Masoncrete Builders has its own dedicated power washing truck. That means we are not borrowing or renting equipment, and power washing can be scheduled on its own or added on to a concrete or masonry project, for example a clean-up after a repair or before new work ties into an existing surface.

Cleaning first, then repairs if needed

A good wash often reveals what dirt was hiding: cracks, spalling, loose brick or worn joints. If we see something that needs attention, we will point it out, and our crew can handle the concrete repair, poured concrete or brick and block work.
