Trades we bid
- Drainage: Areaway and stairwell drains, sump pumps, drain lines and pitched concrete.
- Retaining Walls: Segmental block, poured concrete and veneered retaining and seat walls.
- Poured Concrete: Slabs, pads, footings, walks, driveways, steps and wall caps.
- Brick Work: Brick steps, stoops, walls, borders and repairs.
- Block Work: Concrete block (CMU) walls, foundation walls and wall reconstruction.
- Power Washing: Concrete, paver, brick and block surfaces, with our own power washing truck.
How we work with partners
- Subcontracting: we can price and perform concrete and masonry scopes under a general contractor.
- Teaming: we are open to teaming with other firms on projects where our trades fit.
- Property managers: we can price repair, replacement and power washing work for the properties you manage.
