What services do you offer?
Our core services are drainage, retaining walls, poured concrete, brick work and block work. We also offer power washing with our own power washing truck, and build concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks and walkways, steps and stoops, foundations and slabs, and handle concrete repair, plus pavers, stamped concrete and outdoor living features. Yes. We provide concrete solutions for residential and commercial projects, from backyard patios to commercial walkways, slabs and block wall reconstruction.
How does the estimate process work?
It takes three simple steps: contact us by phone, text or our estimate form; we chat on the phone to gather project details; and we share a transparent quote for the work.
Are you insured?
Yes, Masoncrete Builders is fully insured.
Do I need a permit for my patio, driveway or walls?
It depends on your town or village and the scope of work. Requirements differ between the Towns of Huntington, Smithtown, Islip, Babylon, Brookhaven and Oyster Bay. Ask us during your free estimate, and check with your local building department.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the job, the weather and the curing time concrete needs. We give you a timeline with your quote, and customers often mention that we stayed on schedule.
When can I walk or drive on new concrete?
Foot traffic comes first and vehicles later; the exact timing depends on the mix and the weather. We give you specific instructions before we leave. Avoid de-icing salt on new concrete during its first winter.
